We usually fulfil orders within 24 hours (Mon to Thurs). Orders received on a weekend will be fulfilled on a Monday.

We ship our parcels either via Australia Post or Aramex. A tracking reference will be provided to you upon fulfilment so that you can track the progress of your delivery.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are determined by distance to travel and weight. We offer free shipping for orders over $150. Bulkier items such as artwork and furniture may incur additional charges and are not eligible for our free shipping offer.

Where an order contains both in-stock and pre-ordered items, we will hold your shipment until all items are in stock. If you wish to organise a split shipment, please contact our team. An additional postage fee of $10 applies to all split shipments.

We currently only ship to Australia and New Zealand.

As a business owned by a rather short lady, we get that sometimes things don’t fit or just don’t look good! 

For all our fashion items, if you don’t love the item, you can return it for a store credit provided you return your order within 14 days and the item has not been worn, damaged and still has its original tags and packaging. 

Simply follow the steps on the slip that we include with your order to request your return via our online portal.

Returns are at the cost of the sender.

Returns that do have tags or original packaging will not be accepted and will incur a $9 processing fee before being returned to the customer.

Due to the size of our bulkier items and cost of shipping, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for home décor items and furniture pieces.

End of line clearance items cannot be credited or exchanged.  Sale items can be returned for a store credit.

We do not offer CR or exchanges for earrings, jewellery, towels or bedding.
